Process

A clear path from idea to launch.

Great software starts with a clear problem. Our process is designed to reduce uncertainty early, keep the scope under control, and deliver a product you can put in front of real users.

No unnecessary layers. No endless discovery. Just a focused plan, regular progress, and a defined launch.

  1. 01

    Scope

Start with the problem, not the feature list.

We identify the people your product serves, the problem it solves, and the single most important workflow for version one.

    Together, we'll define

    • The core user journey
    • Must-have features and explicit exclusions
    • Technical requirements and integrations
    • Success criteria and key risks
    • The budget, timeline, and acceptance criteria

    You receive

An agreed scope, delivery plan, and fixed-price proposal.

  2. 02

    Design

Validate the direction before building everything.

We map the essential screens and interactions, then use a prototype or design walkthrough to align on how the product should work.

We'll focus on usability, important edge cases, and a consistent interface, not unnecessary features.

    You receive

An agreed user flow and design direction for the build.

  3. 03

    Build

Turn the plan into working software.

Development happens in focused iterations. You'll see working progress, review the core workflow, and raise questions before the final launch.

The build includes the engineering foundations required by the agreed scope, such as authentication, data handling, integrations, automated tests, and staging environments.

    You receive

Regular demonstrations, a working staging version, and clear updates on progress and decisions.

  4. 04

    Launch

Prepare the product for real users.

We test the critical workflows, address agreed launch blockers, configure production services, and deploy the application.

Before handover, we'll review deployment instructions, documentation, access, monitoring, and remaining known issues.

    You receive

A deployed product, a handover package, and the agreed post-launch warranty.

The five-week target

Week 1
Scope, product direction, and design validation
Weeks 2 to 4
Core implementation, integrations, and testing
Week 5
Final QA, launch, and handover

This is a target for a focused MVP, not a promise that every application can be built in five weeks. Larger integrations, unclear requirements, third-party approvals, and delayed feedback may change the schedule.

What we need from you

A successful project is a collaboration. We ask clients to:

  • Provide one primary decision-maker
  • Give timely feedback, typically within 48 hours
  • Attend a weekly progress review
  • Supply required content, credentials, and business decisions
  • Review and approve the agreed scope before development

What happens next?

Start with a conversation about your product. If the project is a fit, we'll recommend the right scoping engagement and agree on the next step.
