TinaryScript ("we") runs this website and provides software development services. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you send the project inquiry form or email us, we receive the details you provide: the stage, budget range and launch timing you select, what you are building and what its first version must do, your name and work email, and, if you add them, a company or product name and a link. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. The form is delivered to our mailbox by an email or form service that processes it on our behalf; nothing is stored on this website. To block automated abuse, the server keeps a short-lived count of requests per network address in memory for a few minutes; it is not written anywhere.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or local storage and does not identify visitors by their IP address or browser details. It records the page, the referring site, the country, the device type, browser and operating system, and how fast the page loaded. We use it to see which pages are read and how many inquiries are sent, counted as views of the confirmation page.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted. We do not sell personal data. Service providers that host our email and website, including Cloudflare, which runs this website, process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to hello@tinaryscript.com.
