Pricing
Clear scope. Clear pricing. No hourly surprises.
Every product is different, but the path to building one shouldn't be a mystery.
We begin by understanding your requirements, define the scope, and agree on a fixed price before development begins. If the requirements change, we discuss the cost and timeline impact before doing additional work.

How payments work
For a Launch MVP, the standard milestone structure is:
- 50%when the agreement is signed
- 25%at launch
- 25%at acceptance
Larger projects may use a different milestone split. Scoping engagements and audits are paid upfront. Exact payment dates, credits, acceptance criteria, and any taxes or applicable fees are stated in your agreement.
What affects the final price?
The estimate depends on:
- Number and complexity of workflows
- User roles and permissions
- External services and integrations
- Payments and billing requirements
- Data migration or existing-codebase work
- Testing, security, and operational requirements
- Third-party approvals and client dependencies
We keep version one focused. If a requirement pushes the project beyond the agreed budget, we can prioritize the essential features, split the work into phases, or recommend a different approach.
What if my budget is smaller?
We'll be honest about the trade-offs. If your budget isn't suitable for a custom build, an off-the-shelf product, a no-code solution, or a smaller scoping engagement may be the better choice.
